Section 12:23-12.2 - Applicability

This subchapter shall apply to each individual who is under the age of 65, who is not disabled, who is receiving a rental assistance grant under 52:27D-287.1, who has applied with the Department through a One-Stop Career Center for employment and training services and who has sought the counseling required to obtain employment and training services.
