Section 12:23-10.1 - Purpose

(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to set forth rules for collection of information on student enrollment, outcome, licensing, and credentialing that includes the use of the individual Social Security number. This information will be used for:
1. Developing the labor demand list for the
Workforce Development Partnership Program and other employment and training
programs;
2. Establishing standards for
training and job placement;
3.
Evaluating the effectiveness of programs and services under the State's workforce
investment system; and
4. For other
purposes as determined by the Commissioner.
