(a) Any vehicles on the job site containing explosives shall be placarded on the front, back, and sides, in one of the following ways:
1. Placards with the
word "EXPLOSIVES" in letters six inches high and in colors contrasting with the
background; or
2. Placards in accordance
with
49 CFR
172.522, 523, or 524.
