(a) The operator shall provide sufficient and suitable sanitary conveniences in accordance with the following standards:

1. One water closet shall be provided for every 20 persons per shift and one urinal shall be provided for every 50 persons per shift or portion thereof.

2. Where female persons are employed, separate toilets with entirely separate entrances from those furnished the men shall be provided.

(b) Sanitary conveniences, urinals and lavatories shall be kept clean and sanitary.

(c) Refuse from lunch buckets shall not be thrown around but shall be put in suitable covered containers which the employer shall provide for litter and trash.

(d) Employees shall be required to use the toilets provided for their convenience.
