As an alternative to or in addition to any other sanctions provided in 43:21-1 et seq., where the Director has determined that an authorized agent has violated more than one of the provisions of 43:21-6.2 through 6.8, or other provisions of 43:21-1 et seq., including any violations of the provisions of 43:21-16 that apply to the agents of employing units, the Director shall notify the authorized agent in writing of his or her finding and that the Division will monitor the authorized agent for a period not to exceed 12 months in order to ascertain whether the violations continue.
