Section 12:112-6.1 - Meetings

(a) The Chairperson shall convene meetings of the Review Commission, as needed, to render decisions on pending cases.
(b) Such meetings shall be open to the public and held in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-1 et seq.
(c) The Chairperson shall cause notice to be given to parties whose cases may be reviewed at a particular meeting.
(d) Matters for consideration at such meetings shall include, but not be limited to:
1. Cases requiring Review Commission consideration
as to whether a written record review or a hearing is appropriate for
resolution;
2. Stay and interim relief
requests;
3. Final determinations on all
cases, whether a review is made on the written record or through the hearing
process;
4. Petitions for
reconsideration;
5. Settlements
submitted for Review Commission approval;
6. Consolidation of cases;
7. Severance of cases;
8. Non-party participation; and
9. Withdrawal of parties.
