(a) The standards contained in 29 CFR Part 1919, Gear Certification, with the amendments published in the Federal Register through November 18, 2009 and any subsequent amendments thereto, are adopted upon publication in the New Jersey Register and are incorporated herein by reference as occupational safety and health standards and shall include:
1. Subpart A--General
Provisions;
2. Subpart B--Procedure
Governing Accreditation;
3. Subpart
C--Duties of Persons Accredited to Certificate Vessels' Cargo Gear;
4. Subpart D--Certification of Vessels' Cargo
Gear;
5. Subpart E--Certification of
Vessels: Tests and Proof Loads; Heat Treatment; Competent Persons;
6. Subpart F--Accreditation to Certificate
Shore-Based Equipment;
7. Subpart
G--Duties of Persons Accredited to Certificate Shore-Based Material Handling
Devices; and
8. Subpart H--Certification
of Shore-Based Material Handling Devices.
