(a) For every employee of the covered employer employed in New Jersey in connection with a contract with a public body to perform any public work for the public body, each covered employer shall, on a weekly basis, submit electronically to the Department (via email or other electronic means prescribed by the Department), using the Payroll Certification for Public Works Projects, all of the information required to be submitted to the public body through certified payroll records under N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25et seq., plus or inclusive of the following:

1. Job title;

2. Occupational category;

3. Sex;

4. Race; and

5. Rate of total compensation.
