The fees applicable to transactions processed by the Education Bureau of the Real Estate Commission that are unrelated to real estate continuing education are listed in the table below. Fees applicable to applications for approval of real estate continuing education providers, instructors and courses are listed in N.J.A.C. 11:5-12.1 7.
