Words and terms as defined in the Act at 17B:25-35, when used in this subchapter, shall have the meanings as defined in the Act, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise or as further defined by this subchapter. The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
"Act" means 17B:25-34 et seq.
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
"Department" means the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
"NAIC" means the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
