Pursuant to 30:7E-2, the amount of inmate liability for medical care shall be the usual, customary and reasonable charges incurred for the inmate's medical care as determined by the State and county treasurers in accordance with the guidelines promulgated by the Commissioner of Corrections or the County Adjuster.
