Section 11:4-41.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) The purpose of these rules is to implement P.L. 1995, c.73 (the Life and Health Insurance and Health Maintenance Organization Form Approval Reform Act) by setting forth the Department's standards for approval of all individual life insurance forms delivered or issued for delivery in this State.

(b) These rules shall apply to all individual life insurance forms issued pursuant to 17B:25-1 et seq. This subchapter shall not apply to individual life insurance forms approved by the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission created pursuant to the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact established by P.L. 2010, c. 120.
