(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to recognize, permit and prescribe the use of mortality tables that reflect differences in mortality between Preferred and Standard lives in determining minimum reserve liabilities in accordance with 17B:19-8, N.J.A.C. 11:4-27 and N.J.A.C. 11:4-32.

(b) This subchapter applies to all annual valuations of reserves for calendar years beginning on or after January 1, 2007.
