Failure of an insurer, its producer, or other authorized representative or agent to provide or deliver to a buyer a Buyer's Guide, an in force illustration, a policy summary or policy data, or any other information required by this subchapter to be provided or delivered to buyers shall constitute an omission that misrepresents the benefits, advantages, conditions or terms of an insurance policy and may result in the imposition of penalties as prescribed by the Unfair Trade Practices Act, 17B:30-1 et seq., and any other penalties provided by the laws of this State.
