For treatments rendered between January 6, 1997 and July 6, 1997, all eligible charge reductions set forth in 11:3-25.5(b) shall be reduced by 50 percent (for example, a 10 percent reduction shall be five percent, a 25 percent reduction shall be 12.5 percent, etc.).
