(a) The filing of a rating organization shall be applicable to the members and subscribers of the organization who have authorized the organization to file on their behalf.
1. Members or subscribers may submit to the
Commissioner for approval a separate filing which deviates from the rating
organization's filing. Such filings shall be prepared and submitted in
accordance with the requirements of this subchapter.
