The New Jersey Automobile Insurance Reform Act of 1982 (N.J.S.A. 17:29A-33 et al.) requires that each insurer calculate and collect, on a flat and uniform basis per insured automobile statewide, the taxes which are paid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:18A-1 et seq. This subchapter provides rules for the implementation of these requirements.
