Section 11:24A-4.4 - Submission of disclosures

Carriers shall submit the forms of the written disclosures required to be made pursuant to 11:24A-4.2 and 4.3 for filing with the Department, in accordance with 11:24A-2.4 and may use such forms until disapproved by the Department, except as 11:24A-4.2(b) applies.
