Section 11:21-20.2 - Definitions

Words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the meanings as defined at 17B:27A-17 or 11:21-1.2 unless defined below or the context clearly indicates otherwise.

"Optional benefit rider" means a rider to a standard SEH plan or plans filed with the Commissioner and/or the SEH Board pursuant to N.J.S.A. 17B:27A-19i(1).

"Small employer health benefits program" or "SEH" means the New Jersey Small Employer Health Benefits Program established pursuant to section 12 of P.L. 1992, c.162 (17B:27A-28) .
