Section 11:21-15.11 - Penalties

Failure to comply with this subchapter, including all notice requirements set forth herein, may result in the denial of relief requested and imposition of penalties pursuant to 17B:27A-43 and the SEH Program Plan of Operation as codified at N.J.A.C. 11:21-2, including, but not limited to, imposition of an interest penalty for assessments due from the member and a recommendation by the Board to remove the member's authority to issue any health benefits plans in this State.
