Section 11:21-15.10 - Other actions by the Commissioner

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as limiting the Commissioner's authority to take such action with respect to insurers, health service corporations, medical service corporations, hospital service corporations or health maintenance organizations as may be authorized by law, including, but not limited to, placing an insurer, health service corporation, medical service corporation, hospital service corporation or health maintenance organization in rehabilitation, liquidation or conservation pursuant to 17B:32-31 et seq.
