Section 11:21-11.9 - Additional standards for certifications and standards for review of certifications by the Department

(a) In addition to complying with the other requirements of this subchapter, certifications submitted by carriers in accordance with this subchapter shall comply with the requirements of 11:4-40.4, 40.5 and 40.11.

(b) All rate filings shall be submitted as specified in N.J.A.C. 11:21-9.
