Section 11:2-3.1 - Scope

All life insurance and all accident and health insurance sold in connection with consumer loans or other consumer credit transactions shall be subject to the provisions of this subchapter except that such insurance sold in connection with first mortgage loans made to individual borrowers for the purpose of purchasing residential real estate shall not be subject to N.J.A.C. 11:2-3.1 7 and 3.20.
