(a) Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 17:23-24f, working papers, recorded information, documents and copies thereof produced, obtained by, or disclosed to the Commissioner or any other person in the course of an examination made under 17:23-20 et seq. shall be confidential, except as otherwise provided in that statute.

(b) The confidentiality provision in N.J.S.A. 17:23-24f shall also apply to any other documents obtained by the Department in exercising the examination power pursuant to 17:23-20 et seq., including the Department's ongoing financial analysis of insurers, and including, but not limited to, the following:

1. Actuarial reports;

2. NAIC Analyst System data;

3. NAIC Analyst notes;

4. NAIC Financial Analysis Solvency Tools/Insurance Regulatory Information System data;

5. Strategic business plans and related projections; and

6. Correspondence.
