(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to identify the procedures concerning the creation and modification of an exportable list of certain classes of insurance coverages or risks and to promulgate the list as a rule, in implementation of N.J.S.A. 17:22-6.4 3.
(b) This subchapter shall apply to all surplus lines insurers and producers. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 17:22-6.4 0, this subchapter shall not apply to life insurance companies, which may not become eligible surplus lines insurers.
