Section 11:1-32.9 - Special purpose apportionment; de minimis amounts

For purposes of collecting the special purpose apportionment pursuant to 17:1C-19 et seq., the Commissioner shall not collect de minimis amounts less than $ 20.00. Amounts not so collected pursuant to this section shall be reallocated among the remaining companies in accordance with 17:1C-20.
