Section 11:1-15.1 - Scope

11:1-15.2 and 15.3 shall apply to all petitions made by interested persons for the promulgation, amendment or repeal of any rule by the Department of Banking and Insurance, pursuant to 52:14B-4(f). 11:1-15.5 applies to requirements for extension of a public comment period, or holding a public hearing, on a proposal when sufficient public interest is established.
