Section 10A:2-7.4 - Role of the Administrator

(a) When the sanction of restitution has been imposed, the Administrator shall:

1. Review the appeal of the inmate, if one is submitted; and

2. Affirm or modify the sanction in accordance with 10A:4-11.5, Disposition of appeal, as deemed appropriate.

(b) If the Administrator affirms the sanction of restitution, the Administrator shall order the Business Manager or designee to withdraw funds from the account of the inmate for the purpose of restitution.
