Section 10A:14-5.3 - Replenishing inmate basic clothing issue

(a) When items of an inmate's basic clothing issue are lost, stolen or condemned, they shall be replaced with a minimum of delay.

(b) Previously used basic issue clothing shall not be reissued to inmates unless the clothing is in good condition.
