Section 10:92-4.3 - Student responsibilities for loaned equipment

(a) Eligible students who borrow any equipment from the Meyer Center shall be responsible for the routine maintenance of the equipment according to the directions given to the student for the care of the equipment.

(b) The requirements for repair of loaned equipment are:

1. When equipment borrowed by a student requires repair, the student shall contact his or her education instructor who will arrange for its return to the Meyer Center.

2. The student shall be provided with replacement equipment, based on availability.
