Section 10:87-4.6 - Resources of nonhousehold and excluded household members

(a) The resources of nonhousehold members, as described in 10:87-2.3(a), shall not be counted as available to the household.
(b) The resources of excluded household members, as described in 10:87-2.3(c), shall be counted, if applicable, as available to the remaining household members in accordance with N.J.A.C. 10:87-7.14(b) and (c).
