The income and resources of an ineligible alien, or individual whose citizenship is questionable, who would be considered a member of a household if he or she did not have ineligible alien status or questionable citizenship status shall be considered in determining eligibility and level of benefits of the household in the same manner as the income and resources of an excluded individual as specified at 10:87-7.7(c).
