Section 10:78-2.7 - Post-application beneficiary responsibilities

Upon a determination of eligibility for the NJ FamilyCare program, beneficiaries have the ongoing responsibility to report changes in family circumstances and for the provision of information as set forth at 10:78-2.1(c). At any time that the eligibility determination agency lacks sufficient information, including that information which is available from other programs or data sources, to confirm continuing program eligibility because of the unwillingness of an eligible person to provide necessary information, the agency shall commence action to terminate the case.
