Specified radiological services may be reimbursed when provided in a clinic that is specifically approved to provide such services by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Radiation Protection Element, and performed by or under the direction of a physician who is recognized as a specialist in radiology by the New Jersey Medicaid and NJ FamilyCare fee-for-service programs.
