Section 10:51-2.12 - Quantity of medication

When the quantity of a drug or medication is not indicated in writing by the prescriber, the pharmacy provider shall dispense an appropriate quantity of medication not to exceed a one month supply (see 10:51-2.16, Prescription Refill).
