Section 10:47-7.3 - Adult training and vocational services

(a) The facility shall assure that a continuum of programs is available to all individuals.
1. Training and services shall be appropriate
to the age and abilities of each individual.
(b) The facility shall assure that job training is available for individuals capable of vocational placement in the community.
(c) The facility shall comply with State and Federal regulations regarding compensation for services rendered including 29 CFR 525, 34:11-56A, and N.J.A.C. 12:56.
