Section 10:44C-6.2 - Emergency evacuation plans

(a) The licensee shall design an emergency evacuation plan for each residence, in accordance with the Uniform Fire Safety Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27D-192 et seq., and the individual characteristics of the home.
(b) The emergency evacuation plan shall be reviewed at least annually and revised:
(c) All persons served shall be able to evacuate the residence in three minutes or less.
(d) The plan shall include one or more designated points of safety at which all persons assemble after evacuating the premises.
(e) The licensee shall assure that all staff persons assigned to a residence at any time have been trained in the emergency evacuation plan for that residence.
