Section 10:44A-5.4 - Emergency telephone numbers

(a) The following emergency numbers shall be easily accessed and located by each telephone:
1. 9-1-1; and
2. The telephone number to contact the
licensee's staff in the event of an emergency.
(b) The following telephone numbers for reporting unusual incidents or for filing complaints shall be easily accessed and available to all persons in the residence:
1. The Division's hotline number;
2. If a minor is living in the residence, the
telephone number for the Department of Children and Families' Child Abuse
Control number (1-800-792-8610);
3.
If an individual 60 years of age or older is living in the residence, the
telephone number for the Office of the Ombudsman (toll free in New Jersey at
1-800-624-4262); and
4. The Unusual
Incident Coordinator in the Department identified for the program
location.
