Section 10:42B-2.1 - Admission to the MSU by court order

(a) An individual shall not be admitted to the MSU unless the admission is ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to 30:4-25.1 4.
(b) An individual shall not be permitted to voluntarily admit himself to the MSU.
