(a) PA shall develop and implement written policies and procedures to ensure that the provider complies with the rules in this chapter.
1. The PA shall have a written policy and
procedure manual which is reviewed at least annually as evidenced by a written
review date.
2. The PA shall have
written policies and procedures that reflect the operational standards and
practices of the PA.
