(a) Each PA shall have policies and procedures to address client confidentiality, rights and grievances.
1. The policy to safeguard
clients' confidentiality shall comply with
30:4-24.3 on confidentiality, any
current Department policies on access to records and
10:37-6.79, Confidentiality of
records.
2. The policy to address
clients' rights shall comply with
10:37-4.5, Clients
rights.
3. The clients' grievance
procedure shall comply with
10:37-4.6, Client complaint agency
ombuds procedure.
4. Policies on
client confidentiality, rights and grievances shall comply with all related
Federal and State statutes, and any current Department rules.
