Each PA shall have policies and procedures that address Affirmative Action pursuant to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Executive Order No. 61, N.J.A.C. 17:27, 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975, c.127, and Equal Employment Opportunity pursuant to 11A:7-1 et seq. The policies shall adhere to all Federal and State statutes and any current Department policies.
