(a) Each PA shall have a policy addressing conflict of interest issues.
1. The policy shall prohibit PA staff from
personal, financial, professional or political gain at the expense of the PA's
or clients' interest.
2. The policy
shall comply with any current Department conflict of interest rules contained
in 10:3-1.14.
