Section 10:37A-11.1 - General rule regarding the discharge of consumers from supervised residences

(a) No consumer of a licensed supervised residence shall be prohibited from utilizing or residing in a residence unless:
1. Such action is
justified by one of the conditions specified in 10:37A-11.2
or
11.4(b); and
2.
The PA follows all of the procedures set forth in 10:37A-11.3
or
11.4(b), as applicable. A consumer may be discharged
voluntarily if the PA has complied with the procedures set forth at
10:37A-11.3(b)
