(a) SA staff shall minimally include:
1. Program Director with
two years of experience in administration, advocacy, service procurement and
community organization.
2. SA
workers, who may be paraprofessionals, with a minimum of two years of
experience in advocacy, counseling, community organization, service procurement
or a related area.
3. The
recruitment of qualified former mental health clients and volunteers shall be
encouraged.
