(a) For Consumer Membership see N.J.A.C. 10:37-2.
(b) Consumers and advocacy organizations shall be given an opportunity for review and involvement in the development of the annual State Mental Health Plan.
(c) The Division shall hold at least one meeting annually for the express purpose of gaining consumer input into the development of the annual State Plan. Adequate notice shall be given, as cited in 10:37-4.3(b).
