(a) HCPCS codes for adult day health services are as follows:

(b) The billing code for services provided to JACC participants is as follows:
| J9002 | Adult day health services visit for JACC participants. |
(c) Fees for adult day health services facilities are pre-approved by the Department, based on the reimbursement methodology described in N.J.A.C. 10:164-1.6, with each facility's fees established in accordance with the setting in which the adult day health services are provided.
