New Jersey resident/licensees convicted abroad (in non-compact nations, provinces or territories) of alcohol or drug-related driving violations shall be required to participate in the Intoxicated Driving Program/Intoxicated Driver Resource Center Program as a requirement of continued New Jersey licensure.
