Section 10:162-2.4 - Fees

Fees shall be paid as provided for at N.J.S.A. 39:4-50, 39:4-50.4, 39:4-50.14, 39:4-14.3g, 12:7-57, 12:7-34.19, 12:7-46, and 39:3-10.24 or any amendment thereto and shall be payable as designated by the Division from every person each time the person is convicted of a relevant alcohol or drug-related offense. These fees are owed and due upon conviction, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-50if the conviction occurred on or after October 9, 1986, and upon referral or evaluation to the Intoxicated Driver Resource Center and the Intoxicated Driving Program if the conviction occurred prior to October 9, 1986.
