(a) The facility shall conspicuously post a notice that the following information is available in the facility during its normal business hours for clients and the public:
1. All waivers granted by DCN&L ;
2. The list of deficiencies from the last annual licensure inspection, and
the list of deficiencies from any valid complaint investigation during the past 12 months and the program's
plan of correction;
3. A statement of client rights;
4. The names of members of the governing authority of the facility and the
facility address to which correspondence may be sent; and
5. The
hours of operation and the normal business hours of the facility.
